TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) is designed to teach servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking through observation and intervention techniques.

Good afternoon, unfortunately we've had no registrations for the rescheduled class date set for this coming Monday the 11th. We're going to discuss how to more strongly emphasize the need for pre paid registrations to make its worth everyone's time and reschedule once again for sometime after the holiday season which should mean fewer demands on time.

Good morning, the community TIPS training class we had scheduled for this Saturday October 5th at Wine Down & Sweets Cafe will be rescheduled for another date soon, hopefully before the busy holiday season. We had set a deadline of September 28th for pre-registration and unfortunately as of today had not yet received any. We did say we would also take day of participants, or walkups, but without anyone pre-registered it may not be worth tying up resources and time. Hard to rely solely on verbal commitments. Not to worry, we'll have a new day and time hopefully by this time next week
