We are your partial-to-complete outfitter for the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and Quetico Provincial Park.

We are a full-service Boundary Waters outfitter in Ely, Minnesota, equipping wilderness travelers with top-quality gear, provisions, and expert guidance since 1939. We will help you plan your wilderness trip any way you need us to; whether it be planning your route with you based on your interests, planning and providing your meals, equipping you with canoes, packs, tents, stoves, or anything else

you will need in the woods, or all of the above. We want to make sure you experience the wilderness in the best way possible, and we will do whatever we can to make that happen!

Fall is right around the corner, and with it comes some of the best outdoor opportunities of the year. Grouse hunting starts up, big fish are prominent , and the summer crowds begin to disappear.

October is one of our favorite times to explore the Boundary Waters, which is why we offer discounted outfitting rates for fall paddlers. If a quiet campsite, trophy fish, and peak Northwoods scenery sound appealing, now is the time to start planning!
