This is what I notice from my lived experience regarding the sakki test.

Sakki is often described as sensing intent before it happens.

What is actually occurring is simpler.

There is no time to prepare.

The body is already in relation.

Movement appears before thought names it.

Not because something was detected.

Because nothing delayed the response.
