“Success” can be loud.
Titles. Recognition. Metrics. Applause.

But I’ve learned that success without connection to purpose can still feel surprisingly unfulfilling.

What stands out to me in this message is the word valuable.

Value is created through intention.
Through impact.
Through the way you help people feel seen, supported, challenged, or inspired.

The interesting thing is… when you focus on becoming truly valuable to others, success often follows anyway. Just in a much more meaningful form.

A month away from my normal gym routine and let me tell you… hotel gyms deserve an honorable mention for effort.

Travel kept me moving, but there’s just something about getting back to your local spot, your routine, and the workouts that make you feel like yourself again.

Not starting over. Just picking back up.

Sunday night in Pensacola reminded me that the best kind of reset usually starts with saying yes to wherever the day wants to take you.
A little wandering. A little waterfront quiet. Unexpected wildlife. Fresh seafood. Live music in the street. And the kind of golden hour that makes you forget your inbox exists.
There’s something to be said for leaning into a little adventure, even when Monday comes with meetings, strategy, and a full calendar.
The work will be there. But so will the opportunity to be curious, explore something new, and let the day surprise you.
Sometimes the best way to prepare for a busy week is to make a little room for wonder first.

Happy National Pilates Day to the workout that keeps me grounded, challenged, and coming back for more.

Pilates has become one of my favorite ways to reset, recharge, and reconnect with myself. Stronger core, clearer mind, better posture and a reminder that the smallest movements are often the most powerful.

Grateful for mornings spent moving at and for a workout that always leaves me feeling stronger than when I walked in. 🤍

Spent the better part of an hour making bacon, eggs, and pancakes for the kiddos. This used to be a weekend ritual but with all of the stuff they have on the weekends it’s a rarity. I suppose I can thank the massive snow dump for this.

My word of the year is focus. This word applies personally and professionally. Personally, I haven’t been on my game. I used to be in the gym 5 plus days a week. 2025 brought a lot of obstacles, some of my own making. This year is about focusing on me and what I love. Gym time is one of those things, time with my friends and family, travel for pleasure not just for work, reading and cooking for my family.
