Missouri Department of Conservation post cards started arriving today.

Landowners apparently qualify for 5 free CWD management permits without the MDC doing a actually population survey beforehand or knowledge of EHD outbreaks in area this season.

Both are the most unscientific methods you could use as a game and fish department.

Does a bureaucrat behind a desk know your deer herd more than you?

Blindly issuing blanket permit without any biological reasons, Habitat reason, herd management reason or human health concerns.

MDC now uses greed and gluttony as a deer management tool.
