When there’s 30 boats with ffs in an area throwing at the same suspended fish getting nothing but follows, do something different! 5 fish in 6 cast. Those bottom fish are overlooked.

Found a few big ones, sure can’t beat some jig fish!

VOTE NO AMENDMENT 5 ON AUGUST 4
The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) and Missouri DNR will get more revenue if Amendment 5 passes. Both agencies will get HUGE revenue increases if Amendment 5 passes and here's how.
If either or both the sales tax rate and the tax base increase both agencies will get more revenue because of the 1/8 of 1% (MDC); and the 1/10 of 1% (DNR) sales and use tax. The revenue collected scales proportionately with changes to these two factors. IF Amendment 5 passes the sales tax base will likely have to increase by $300 billion to make up for lost revenue from personal income tax. The sales tax base is the total amount of taxable goods and services sold. If more items are taxed, or consumer spending and inflation cause the total volume of taxable sales to go up, the pool of money grows. A larger base automatically yields more revenue for the MDC and DNR. Also the sales tax rate will likely increase to help recover lost revenue from the elimination of personal income taxes. Any increase to the overall sales tax rate would yield a higher absolute dollar amount on each purchase. Therefore the MDC and DNR will receive a direct, fixed slice of Missouri’s total sales tax pie. If the pie gets bigger (larger base) or the percentage slice becomes larger, the MDC and DNR's total revenue will increase substantially. I DO NOT THINK THE MDC OR DNR NEED A RAISE. VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 5 ON AUGUST 4.
