Fostering dogs; Ready or not. Living in the country has one big issue and that’s people that drop off animals in woods or off the side of the road. Next thing 11 puppies from 2 liters are living in or under a shed on my property. Animal control is already full and shelters full up. Starving animals at your doorstep is never fun. Like the soft hearted fool in a story now 4 adults Geaux with the puppies. It all is to much without building housing facilities etc. Two of the puppies have found a home and pictures of the best yard dogs or companions that random dog breeding produces. These boys and girls would love a new home and younger folks to play with. Located near Lake Bisteneau in NW Louisiana.

Thoughts to think about! Pictures of moments that are perfect can rob you of the memories and feelings that go with the moment. Sunrise on Bisteneau was just such a moment today for me. Instead of posting pictures of that perfect moment relax and kick back to that moment in your life. Nothing quite like a Sunrise with the light just hanging in the air, growing creating the day. A temperature so perfect you are part of everything. The smell of a new day on a perfect clear weather sunrise. Hope you get to that place with a peaceful easy feeling. Enjoy!

Today’s: Thoughts to think about: Lake Bisteneau is a microcosm of today’s problems that are only going to grow through time. More people means less space for wildlife. Polluted water ways infested with invasive plants makes it difficult to get outdoors at all. Failed subdivisions and no restrictions on sewage create add on problems, especially combined with agriculture runoff ,create environmental problems that are overwhelming. Solutions are expensive and outcomes hard to predict unless we design entire self cleaning environments. Machines implanted in a controlled environment might be our best solution it’s just hard to imagine cleaning an entire ocean or waterway basin like Bisteneau. Truth is we could do it. So get out there and enjoy this world as it is now before things really change. PEACE

Thoughts to think about. Local Authorities remain unconcerned about rising potential flood waters asking conspiracy theorists, “Who can stop the spring rain or the 4.5 inches of ice from melting”. Ice on everything for a hundred mile circle. (Not that ICE). Bisteneau Lake continues to rise while residents look on.
