All four made the cut top 32 at the Frank Walker Law tournament this weekend held at Mt Lebanon lanes.

Great bowling by a few of our junior bowlers at the 2026 Frank Walker Law youth tournament in Pittsburgh today! All the work they’ve been putting in is really paying off!

Today we honor our girls 2026 team who in the first year back bowled all year down a bowler. Bowling 4 VS 5 and won 8 points over the 2026 season. Even coming down to the 10th frame of the last match to almost pulled off the upset VS ambridge.

First year bowlers:
Llly Marthens averaged 77 with a high game of 114
Hailey Hardinsky averaged 97 with a high game of 126
Chole DiCerbo averaged 105 with a high game of 141.

Girls team mvp Charlotte Eller led the team averaging 191 with a high game of 256 and high series of 659.

Highlight of the girls season came as the team got help from future teammate Keegan Twentier. The girls came away with the Girls MAC silver division championship. Bowling with a full team of 5 girls showed the future of what the girls team can bring.

The MAC tournament was donimated by Charlotte Eller who led all competitiors boys and girls with a high game of 258. Charlotte also had high series for all girls with a 643 series.

Tonight we held our end of season banquet at Sims Bowling Lanes taking time to give reckonition to all our students, parents, and supporters this season. With all of their hard work and your support we finished an amazing first season back and are so excited for the future of bowling here in Ellwood.

The idea of getting this team back was to build a successful program that put a spotlight on not only our bowlers but our community. Because we are not one without eachother.

At the beginning of this journey one man was mentioned time and time again for his efforts sorrounding the previous version of the Ellwood bowling program.

Tonight we honored Mr Anthony Buzzeli by creating an award named after him that honors the values he brought to the program. Hard work, caring about your teammates, and supporting the program.

Our first ever Anthony Buzelli Spirit Award recipient.
