Goalkeeper training is all about instinct! In this special session, we work against the natural instincts of self-preservation to retrain how we respond to our environment. By training how to dive, fall, and collide with proper form, we build a whole new set of superhuman skills to save the goal *and* protect our bodies.

Join us for a special session focused entirely on mastering **Extension Dives** in the sand! Training in the sand pit is the perfect, low-impact environment to build confidence, launch further, and learn to fly without fear.
