Come train with Patrick Kennedy from 10-12 and 12:30-2! Then come practice with Dennis Hall from 3:30-5:30! 💪

We do accept walk ins so if you haven’t signed up please come on over!

1 MORE SLEEP!

Central Wrestling Camp 2026 will start tomorrow at 10 am with 2x All American from the University of Iowa, Patrick Kennedy! Then we will finish off Sunday with a practice led by 1996 Olympic Silver Medalist, Dennis Hall!
Wrapping things up on Tuesday with 3x NCAA Qualifier from UNI, Ryder Downey!

We look forward to hosting all of you!

For the second year in row, Central Wrestling Camp will be offering our Fundamentals Camp‼️

This camp is designed for wrestlers with 0-2 years experience. Lead by clinicians who started young, bought in to the process and got better because of it! 💪💪

This years Fundamental Camp clinicians are: Reese Berns, Mayleigh Medberry, Rebecca Suhr and Ted Hilgerson!

Combined they have accomplished
💥10 yrs experience at the Iowa State Wrestling Tournament
💥475+ wins at the High School level! 😤
