Last weekend (5/31) our Pom Squad went to Woodward and participated in the K101 Bowl, along with about 300 other cheerleaders/dancers. We had a great time getting ready for football season!

This week was a close for our 2025-2026 team, as we had one last hang out while bowling. These ladies took a risk trying something new this year and I am so thankful for their time and effort. They were the first dance team Elk City High School has had. They will also be the only “dance team”, as we have now transitioned our name to “Pom Squad”.

Also this week, we concluded our tryouts for our new Pom Squad, and I am happy to announce our new team! Congrats ladies!! Cannot wait to see how you help bring more spirit and sass to our sidelines next season!
