We play Anderson County HS at 6:30 on Tuesday, May 5 at Fulton HS in Knoxville. Please come out and support us on the road.

As our season winds down. We wanted to express our appreciation to all those who supported our team throughout this first season. Many requested to remain anonymous. We did have three businesses/organizations that did not mind being mentioned. They are the Carter County Drug Prevention Coalition,

Flight Athletic Academy of Gymnastics Ninja & Tumbling, and

Cline's Lawn Care LLC

Without all of this support, we would not have been able to travel for away games in Knoxville, pay for equipment/uniforms, and any other miscellaneous expenses. What an AWESOME 1st Regular Season of Happy Valley High School Lady Warrior Flag Football. Unfortunately, our regular season ends today, BUT we have the regional playoffs ahead of us! We will play on Tuesday, May 5th, in the regional tournament, on the road in Knoxville or Coalfield (that is still to be determined).

We like to recognize accomplishments of our student athletes. Flag football is a great game but these players are involved in other school related activities around the school. Congratulations to Aubrey as she was inducted into the Happy Valley High School National Honor Society with a few of her classmates last night.

We would also like to wish Madi good luck as she heads to states with the Speech and Debate team on Friday.

In flag football the flags are not supposed to be the same color as the uniform. We ordered bright pink flags. The team felt that Coach Ensor and me should also have something bright pink to wear. These were purchased for us this past weekend. “We definitely rocked these bucket hats!”
