Coach Brandon made a bet with the kids that if we made it all the way to the championships, he’d let them EACH shave off his mustache. 👨🏻🪒

Unfortunately, the mustache is living to see another day. These boys fought hard through the heat, pouring rain, mud, and moving fields halfway through a game. We just couldn’t quite bring that win home for the semi-finals.

Regardless, these boys put in some work this weekend and gave it their all. Coach gave them all rings to reward them for their commitment to the team and representing Elberta at State.

We are proud of all of our 8U All Stars! ⭐️

We want to take a moment to acknowledge our wonderful coaches who have poured so much into these boys throughout the season. They have dedicated countless hours, endless energy, and their knowledge of the game to help these guys grow and bring them to the next level.

Today, we especially want to recognize our coaches who are also wonderful fathers. The same patience, encouragement, and leadership they bring to the ball field are evident in the way they lead their families.

We may not have been able to wrap up the Region 11 Tournament in Atmore, but the boys were still rewarded for earning the #1 spot in their bracket. 🏆 Now we’re headed to state with some new bling and hunting for more! 💍

Missing our #00 today, but he’ll be back behind the plate this weekend! ⚾️
