Five armies gathered beneath Landmark's roof,
Where tungsten would speak louder than promises,
And every dart carried the weight of ambition.
The board knew no favourites.
The doubles offered no mercy.

Taxmen arrived with confidence in their pockets.
Their opening conquest over Nomads, 19–17,
Felt like the dragon had already been slain.
"The hardest battle is behind us," they whispered.
Yet the board laughed.

Renco stood firm,
Refusing to bow, refusing to blink.
An 18–18 draw reminded every soul in the hall
That in darts, reputation scores no points.
Only precision does.

Awakened, the Taxmen sharpened their arrows.
Landmark were swept aside, 19–2,
Before Raylton met the same relentless storm,
Falling 20–12.
The collectors of victory gathered enough points
To lift the Landmark crown.

Renco, the miners, dug deep from the opening throw.
A 19–14 victory over the hosts
Was followed by that unforgettable stalemate with Taxmen.
Then came another rich vein of success,
A commanding 19–11 victory over Raylton.

Second place looked secure.
Perhaps even first was within touching distance.

One final obstacle remained—
The wandering Nomads.

A draw would protect their treasure.
A win would crown them kings.

Instead...

The Nomads arrived like a desert wind,
Unstoppable and unforgiving.
Gold miners were buried beneath relentless scoring,
As Renco crumbled 19–6,
Watching silver slip from their grasp.

Masvingo Nomads began like champions.
Raylton were brushed aside 19–9,
And many believed the league giants
Would simply extend their reign.

Then Taxmen rewrote the script.

A narrow 19–17 defeat
Brought the Nomads crashing back to earth.

But champions rarely remain down.

Landmark suffered a 19–3 lesson,
Setting the stage for the tournament's defining clash.

Third place against second.

Prize money hung in the balance.

Against Renco, the Nomads unleashed a masterclass.
Heavy scoring. Ruthless finishing.
A thunderous 19–6 triumph
Propelled them into second place,
Turning despair into celebration.

For Raylton, fortune packed its bags.

Only Landmark fell before them.

The magic that sparkled during the Renco Teams Tournament
Never arrived at Landmark.

The trebles deserted them.
The doubles remained stubbornly cold.
The darts gods watched from a distance,
Offering silence instead of miracles.

And then there was Landmark.

The hosts opened their doors with warm hospitality.

Perhaps...

A little too much hospitality.

Every visitor departed with a victory,
Leaving Landmark with empty hands
But full hearts.

No points were kept.
Every win became a gift.

When the final dart kissed the board,
The standings told more than numbers.

Taxmen proved that confidence must be earned.
Nomads proved that champions never stop marching.
Renco proved that one match can change an entire tournament.
Raylton learned that yesterday's glory guarantees nothing today.
And Landmark reminded everyone that every tournament needs a gracious host.

The tungsten has settled.

The cheers have faded.

But the stories thrown at Landmark on 04 July 2026 will echo long after the scoreboards are cleared.

The arrows flew across Zimuto Camp, a ground claimed by two rivals, yet on this day there was only one master. Though playing on borrowed territory, Taxmen looked every bit at home, dismantling Snippers in a derby that carried pride, bragging rights, and local honour. The scoreline of 30-9 echoed through the camp like a thunderclap, as Taxmen turned familiar surroundings into a fortress and left their neighbours searching for answers.

At the mines, the scars of recent battles were still visible on Renco Mine. The wounded gold miners fought with greater spirit and showed signs of recovery, but once again victory proved elusive. Raylton stood firm to claim a 25-14 triumph, leaving Renco with encouragement in their performance but no reward on the scoreboard. The miners may still be bleeding points, but they are no longer going down without a fight.

Meanwhile, the green caravan of Masvingo Nomads continued its relentless journey. Against Landmark, they roamed freely and struck with ruthless precision, securing a commanding 31-8 victory. Unbeaten and unbowed, the Nomads have transformed from challengers into genuine title hunters. With every passing week they grow stronger, and now the summit lies within their sights.

The clash between Masvingo Youths and Masvingo Queens never left the dressing room, postponed before a dart could be thrown, leaving supporters to wait a little longer for that encounter.

When the dust settled, Taxmen ruled the borrowed kingdom, Raylton deepened Renco's wounds, and the Nomads continued their undefeated march across the province. The race is tightening, the stakes are rising, and the arrows are beginning to separate the hunters from the hunted. 🎯🔥

MASVINGO PROVINCE DARTS ASSOCIATION – RESULTS ROUNDUP (06-06-26)

The arrows flew, the scores were written, and another chapter of the Masvingo darts story unfolded beneath the bright lights of competition.

In the clash of minerals, it was lithium against gold, and the battle belonged entirely to Bikita Minerals. As the world's hunger for lithium continues to grow, Bikita showed that same relentless appetite on the oche, sweeping aside Renco Mine 33-6. Gold may glitter, but on this day, lithium carried the greater value and power.

Leading the charge was the ever-consistent Kelvin Mukozora, who once again reminded the province why he sits atop the standings. A flawless 6-pack performance kept him firmly on the throne, while Tafadzwa Shazhu matched the feat, serving Renco Mine a second helping of perfection. The league leaders did not merely win—they made a statement.

At Nomads, the hunt for perfection almost produced two more masterpieces. Ziwewe and Mukuwe danced tantalisingly close to the coveted 6-pack, but fate denied them at the final hurdle as both settled for an impressive 5 points from 6 games. Their efforts helped steer Masvingo Nomads to a commanding 24-15 victory over Snippers.

Over at Landmark, the mountain stood firm against the Queens. Prayer had promised fireworks before the encounter, but the darts gods had a different script to write. The sparks never ignited as she endured a difficult evening, finishing with 0 points from 6 games. On the opposite side stood Muzenda, who showed no mercy whatsoever, carving through the contest with 5 points from 6 games to power Landmark to a convincing 26-13 triumph.

Meanwhile, the anticipated encounter between Raylton and Masvingo Youths remains unwritten, postponed before a dart could be thrown, leaving supporters waiting for another day to witness that battle.

As the dust settles, one truth remains clear: Kelvin Mukozora continues to wear the crown, Bikita Minerals continue to flex their muscle, and the race for glory grows fiercer with every throw.

The darts have landed, the scores are counted, but the hunt for greatness is far from over. In Masvingo, every leg tells a story, every point shapes a destiny, and every bullseye brings the dream a little closer. 🎯🏆

The arrows are beginning to tremble at the summit of Masvingo darts. The league table no longer whispers — it roars.

Masvingo Province Darts Association has become a battlefield of precision, nerve, and relentless ambition as the race for the Top 6 burns hotter with every fixture played.

At the peak stands Kelvin Mukozora of Bikita Minerals, commanding the standings with 30 points — a marksman throwing with the calm of a champion and the hunger of a man refusing to blink. But behind him, Musa Museve of Taxmen stalks the throne on 28, breathing heavily down the leader’s neck, every dart carrying the weight of pursuit.

Ray Mumanye and Daniel Manyuchi sit shoulder to shoulder on 27, two warriors refusing to surrender ground. One represents the steel of Taxmen, the other the relentless force of Bikita Minerals — proof that greatness now demands consistency every single week.

Then comes Tafadzwa Shazhu on 26 and Bothwell Panganai on 25, turning the Top 6 into a Bikita Minerals stronghold. Their rise has transformed the standings into more than a league table — it is now a siege.

Every checkout now matters.
Every missed double now echoes.
One brilliant night can lift a player into glory; one poor performance can cast them into the chasing shadows.

The race is alive. The pressure is merciless, and in Masvingo Province, the road to greatness is now measured one dart at a time.

One Province. One Aim. Bullseye!

From the thunder of Saturday league battles to the fire of Sunday’s Africa Day Men’s Tournament, the darts lanes of the Masvingo Province Darts Association have echoed with precision, passion, and unforgettable moments.

Sunday belonged to Lomnyaka, whose steady hand and fearless finishing carried him to a commanding 7–4 triumph over Teacher in a final worthy of the occasion. Arrows flew, nerves tested, and champions rose beneath the spirit of Africa Day.

Then came Monday, where the queens of the oche took center stage in the Fadza Madzimai Africa Day Tournament. In a breathtaking finale filled with grit and brilliance, Florence captured the crown, the first prize, and the dartboard prize after overcoming the determined Tindo in a clash that kept the crowd holding its breath until the final dart landed.

Now, the province pauses.
The boards fall silent.
The flights finally rest.

But only for a moment.

For beyond this weekend’s breather, preparations begin once again as teams sharpen their arrows and steady their minds ahead of the next wave of league action on 06-06-25.

From the heart of Zimuto Camp, where the arrows flew beneath the African sky, the queens of the oche gathered for a battle worthy of Africa Day. The hall echoed with cheers, sharp finishes, and the thunder of darts striking treble beds as Masvingo Province witnessed a tournament of courage, precision, and pride.

In the grand final, it was a clash between two fearless warriors — Florence and Tindo.Leg after leg, the crowd stood frozen in anticipation as both ladies traded blows like champions born for the big stage. But when the pressure rose highest, Florence stood tallest. With calm hands and a champion’s spirit, she conquered the final 4–2 to lift the Africa Day Female Tournament crown, claiming the $50 prize and a dartboard to mark her glory.

Tindo fought with heart until the final dart and proudly walked away as runner-up with $30, earning the respect of every soul in attendance.

Behind them stood two fierce semi-finalists who lit up the tournament with brilliance and determination — Gunpowder “Cherry,” whose explosive scoring secured her 3rd place and $20, and Prayer, whose fighting spirit carried her to 4th place and $10.

The battle for the remaining places was equally fierce: Shantel, Mbindi, Kwinjiri, and Bhunu all carved their names into the Africa Day story, each earning $5 after spirited performances throughout the tournament.

And when the crowd roared loudest for power scoring, it was Mbindi who answered with a magnificent maximum — one glorious 180 — to pocket the Most 180s prize of $10 and remind everyone that greatness can arrive in a single visit.

Africa Day was not just a tournament.
It became a celebration of sisterhood, competition, resilience, and the unstoppable rise of women’s darts in Masvingo Province. From the first throw to the final checkout, the queens delivered a spectacle to remember.
