Check out what I was able to do in just 21 days.
The biggest transformation is what you DON’T see. I’m in recovery and therapy for a persistent muscle issue in my back. On the left, I could barely stand for 30 minutes. I was on daily pain management and I had not worked out in 2 months.
I was zapped of energy and my nutrition was crap.
One day I sucked it up. I decided I needed to do SOMETHING rather than sit and wait for something to happen to me. So I went back to basics.
I swallowed my pride, checked my “I should be able to do more,” attitude at the door and started a 21 day foundation program. I did all the modifiers, I used body weight and dialed in my nutrition. I showed up for 21 days and day by day I got better!
I have more energy, my body is feeling better, my pain management is cut in half and my clothes fit better too! I’m starting to feel like myself again. ❤️
We are all a work in progress. The journey to a healthier life is not a straight line. Learning to work with what I can do NOW to be better tomorrow gives me such a new respect for my body and my journey. I look forward to each step, no matter how small it needs to be, so I can keep going!
