Transformation Tuesday.. gym edition 🖤

My husband and our friend are literally my ride or dies. 😂 When something needs to get done, they’re right there making it happen. They are the real MVPs!!!

This is what a small business that is family-run + operated business looks like. A lot of hard work, DIY projects, long days, friends who become family, and everyone jumping in wherever they’re needed.

Seeing Valor Fit Society officially going up on the building is such a full-circle moment.

Valor Fit Society’s After School Program gives youth a place to build real skills, strength, confidence, and discipline in a positive training environment.

Classes include boxing, kickboxing, performance training, Beast Obstacle, and MMA, with options for different ages and experience levels.

A year ago, expanding Valor Fit Society was just a vision God placed in my heart. Now, with my daughter Jade, our incredible coaches, and athlete families, it’s an 18,000 sq ft reality!
