The skinny bunny teas had me gain a pound. But in all fairness it was added to my routine instead of substituting for something else. Maybe I should have taken something out of my routine. I recommend trying the tropical tea just because it tastes good I don’t recommend chocolate.

The skinny fit collagen. I have no issues with. I just didn’t like the flavor. There are different types of tropical punch. I.e vess and hi-ci. I don’t like hi-ci but I like vess. So if you like the hi-ci punch you’ll like the collagen. It’s spot on. I returned it and instead got a chocolate. I’m hoping I like it. But usually the stuff I’m excited for turns out to be gross and the stuff I don’t think I’ll like is bomb. Haha.

Chocolate shakeology is a hard Noo. While vanilla is amazing! I have a few more flavors to try.

Loving the PM and dreading the AM. I should have got 2 tropical but I didn’t realize I would like it. Total opposite than what I expected. It’s just the more I drink the AM tea the more I dislike it. It’s bland. I put a lot of honey this morning and still not liking it. Idk if the chocolate is causing it to stay forever bitter but even the aroma is not nice. I’m actually one pound up In Weight though I think I look flatter. (It is only day 3) i feel bloated but I had a lot of pasta recently. So I’m summary. I just want to drink the tropical. Good morning, I wanted to give a brief update on the teas. So let me spill. (knee slapper😆)

I tried the PM tea last night and that one had such a pleasant aroma I could almost drink it honeyless. No it was not sweet but the smell of it was just so nice if I found myself with the option of not drinking it at all or drink it without honey, I totally could. If I purchase more I will either get to Tropical Teas or A tropical and another flavor to try. I find myself longing for the night time because I cant wait to brew myself another helping. As for the chocolate tea. Today I brewed another serving and was not really interested in it. The aroma of this tea does not leave me wanting more and it just over all tastes weak. I leave my teabag in the whole time because I like strong tea. but this just tastes bland and watered down to me compared to the tropical! 🌴

SkinnyBunny Tea REVIEW

Good morning,
Today is day one of my 14-day Tea Detox trial. If you prefer a video format I will also be posting on YouTube but I’d like to write out my experience as I go. So, I made my tea today at 6:00am and am currently sipping it as I work. In the ingredients it said it had stevia but the tea was not sweet enough for me to drink alone so I added a bit of honey. I originally picked the chocolate flavor AM tea because I thought it would have a chocolatey flavor but honestly it is like any other tea. So my current cons are that it’s not sweet on its own so IMHO idk why women are saying it’s so delicious unless they are adding sweetener and a big con I have is that the Nutritional facts state that it has zeros for everything but the ingredients have stevia and chocolate “pieces” (looks like Hershey kisses) I don't see how there are no calories or fats or anything. I can drink the tea like any other but I wouldn’t say it has any special delicious quality or that the chocolate pieces add any additional flavor. I may have added too much water, so next time I’m just going to put it in a mug maybe. I’m still drinking my first cup so I can't say if this helps with weight loss.

I've done 21 Day Fix 2 times now. I did the original and I've done Real Time. How do they differ? How are they the same? Would I recommend?

Well, I loved it. So yes I recommend itIt's long enough to gain results, short enough to keep up with it until the end and so diverse. If you don't know what kind of workout you like, 21DF is the place to start. You have pilates, yoga, weights. You name it. Here you find what you want to do next.

On my first round, back in April, we didn't have any weights at all. So I did the workout in modifier and with no weights, and guess what. I still woke up SORE! Don't tell yourself you cant workout because you don't have the tools.

My second round in July, I started with 21 Day Fix Extreme, but switched to Real Time because they had Resistence bands and (although you can ) I couldn't figure it out how to modify. Instead of not doing a morning workout I just chose something less (Extreme) I have bands now BTW lol. Oh yeah! I also did Cize in the evenings and right away I could see that combined I was loosing and toning!

How are they different?
You do a lot of the same but also very different workouts. each week you push a little harder.

Nutritionally, I snack less, shake sometimes, but mostly I just cut my portions. It does wonders!!

My advice: If you can manage do a weighted program and a cardio program if possible, and even if it is too hard to change your diet at least cut your portions. Hopefully this helps you see results and motivates you to make bigger changes.
I hate the scale but right before weigh in I was 165 lol then the next day when I was logging my change I weighed 162, so now my results are 162 to 159 when it could have been 165 to 159 which has a bit more "wow" factor lol but I'm just happy to have broke 60! I have a few more days until weigh out so we will see what happens!

So I have been on the Konmari Method of decluttering lately. I already went through my clothes in my closet and my socks bras and underwear drawer. Ha! I am actually looking forward to decluttering. WHAT?? But it’s true. I made a little check list and cant wait to complete it. I, however, have other commitments throughout the day so I try my best to accomplish all my tasks of the day. This is going to be a bit of a long journey! Now, I do my PURGE a little differently than it is meant to be done. I am going room by room because I think it would be overwhelming to grab every garment, or piece of paper from every room. Since this is my first time doing it at all I will go room by room and 6 months from my completion I will try it the true way. I forgot to take before photos too! Ugh! Live and Learn they always say. Today is day 3 of my Closet Declutter. (That’s embarrassing.)

I’m so excited about July!! One because it’s my birthday month!! And 2 I’m going to get back in to dancing!! I used to dance all day every day. Right after school or right after work (I only worked 6 hours at the time) but then I stopped dancing once I got a full-time job. I felt like I didn’t have enough time or was too tired. Then I got pregnant, and had to stop doing so much activity. But now, almost 10 months postpartum I am ready to move to the music again!!
