The 2026 season is pretty much done for us here at Alpine Kayak. It was a make lemonade with lemon type of season. The record low water and record high heat here in Colorado made it a challenge, but we’re proud of what we accomplished. We were fortunate to always have somewhere to go paddle with the Colorado River being our main waterway that we teach on. We are stoked to see the kids in our programs making tremendous growth and just in general find a love for paddling. With 104 camp spots booked up, several Thursday night club sessions, along with private lessons in the mix we stayed busy this Summer.
A huge shout out to the staff here at Alpine Kayak. Teaching kayaking is not as simple as it looks on social media. There is a lot that goes behind the scenes and the staff is always crucial in our success. Thanks again Brody Ast Luke Elijah Nacht Emma Haines Martin Crofton Keep an eye out for these guys. They are going places in our sport.
One last thank you to the families and clients we serve. Alpine Kayak would not be possible without your support and we are very grateful for your continued enrollment and trust in us. We are honored to share this skill with you and your children.
