📍HOW TO/TIPS ON FORM ⬇️
- [ ] GRIP: Grasp the bar with both hands, a little wider than shoulder width.
- [ ] PULL: Pull the bar down toward your upper chest, keeping your body tall and leaning back slightly. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and think of pulling your elbows back and down.
- [ ] HOLD: Hold the bar at your mid to upper chestfor a second or two.

- [ ] 🌶️ SUPERSET: Unilaterally by pulling down the bar from one side at a time at a time.
- [ ] ALTERNATE: to the other side & Pulldown
- [ ] RETURN: to starting position.

- [ ] RETURN: Return slowly to starting position.
- [ ] REPEAT: 🔁 10-12 reps full rep both arms & 10-12 Unilateral reps per side
