CONFERENCE MEET DAY❕‼️❕

Heading over to UW-Whitewater today for our conference XC meet. Lots of awesome opportunities for our kids to show off the hard work they’ve put in all year. Can’t wait for them to perform!

This is the last meet of the year for all our JV athletes. They’ve worked so hard all year and we are super proud of them!

Awesome last 2 meets.

Last week on Thursday, 9/18 we had our home meet out at Silverwood Park. This was our senior night where we were also able to honor our 6 seniors:

Great meet today up at Monona Golf Course! Both sides ran their hearts out in great competition.

Benno Backhaus with the highlight of the day as he lost a shoe around a mile in and persevered anyway, carrying it with him the rest of the way.

ANOTHER GREAT RACE DAY‼️‼️

Went over to Cambridge tonight for another awesome meet. Kids made the absolute most of an opportunity to get better again and we saw all SORTS of PRs, everything from seconds to multiple minutes. So fun to see this unit compete.

Congrats to our 4 medalists tonight:

Tim Zielke took 13th (Boys Varsity)
Gracee Langer took 14th (Girls Varsity)
Liam Skinner took 7th (Boys JV)
Madix Fisher took 8th (Boys JV)

This post would be the length of a race if I mentioned every kid who had a personal record tonight. So proud of the effort tonight and excited for what is to come going forward.
