🐴 2 Full-Care Board Openings Available

We currently have two openings for full-care board, with both indoor and outdoor options available.

Indoor Board
Horses are stalled approximately 12 hours and turned out approximately 12 hours daily, with adjustments as needed for weather and conditions. Large draft sized stalls available.

Outdoor Board
Small herd-style pasture living with access to run-in shelters and free-choice hay.

All full-care board includes:
• Free-choice hay
• Grain twice daily
• Blanketing and fly mask services
• Holding for scheduled vet and farrier appointments
• Heated water in the barn
• Tack storage

Farm amenities:
• Indoor arena
• Outdoor arena
• Wash stall
• Trails accessible directly from the property
• Trainer on site

World On A Wing — 16.3h, 11 Year-Old OTTB Gelding

“Ringo” is a 16.3h, 10-year-old OTTB gelding with an exceptional temperament and a huge heart. He has never offered any funny business under saddle—no buck, rear, bolt, or dirty behavior. He’s incredibly sweet, loves attention, and is the kind of horse that is just enjoyable to have in the barn.

He has great ground manners, is a peach on the lunge line, and loves hitting the trails. He’s being offered primarily as a trail horse or project for an experienced rider. He is still green in his flatwork and can be forward at the trot and canter, so he is not appropriate for a beginner and will need an advanced, confident rider who is comfortable continuing his education.

For someone interested in developing him further, Ringo also has a ton of jumping potential. He’s athletic, willing, and could be a really fun project for the right person to bring along in their own direction. Would also make an amazing western gamer if someone is looking for a new barrel/pole horse!

This is not a horse with a bad temperament being sold as a “project.” He is genuinely kind, willing, and bombproof-minded—he simply needs more education and mileage then I have the time to give him.

Truly a great deal on a great horse. I’d love to see Ringo land with someone who appreciates his temperament and wants to enjoy him as he is or put the time into developing all the potential that’s there.

There’s plenty of pros, but here’s a list of cons in the spirit of transparency:

- needs front shoes to stay comfortable. Could maybe be phased out of them at some point? He has decent feet, but they’re sensitive.
- Has an underbite that doesn’t seem to bother him, but the dentist recommended floats every 6 months
- Is forward. Has never really shaken off that race-horse mentality. But, his gaits are smooth and he takes care of his rider. No matter how forward he’s been, he’s always felt safe to ride.
- Is the hardest keeper I have ever come across in my days. But! No vices!! No cribbing, no weaving, stands quietly on the crossties, is a gem for the farrier, vet, dentist, etc. Trailers well, will trail ride alone or in a group, and will genuinely be your best friend.

The only reason I’m selling Ringo is because I need room in my lesson program for quieter horses, and Ringo is never going to be the walk-trot pole Diva that I need. Truly such a great horse for the right person.

Pepsi is a sweet, kind little mare looking for her next person. She was never raced and is green broke to ride, so she is being offered either as a safe, loving pasture pet/companion or as a project for an experienced horse person who wants something rewarding to bring along.

Pepsi truly has a wonderful work ethic. She loves to learn, enjoys having a job, and is always willing to try something new. She’s just as happy getting attention and hanging out with her people, though, and would be perfectly content living the spoiled companion-horse life.

She has wonderful ground manners, trailers great, and stands well for the farrier, vet, and dentist. She is sweet, affectionate, and genuinely enjoys people.

Because Pepsi is still lacking in education under saddle, she needs an experienced handler/rider if someone intends to continue her training. This is not due to a bad temperament or behavioral issues — she simply needs someone with the experience and confidence to continue teaching her.

Whether someone is looking for a sweet, safe companion to love on or an adorable project with a great brain and attitude, Pepsi has a lot to offer.

She’s ready for her next adventure and, most importantly, a person of her own. ❤️
