It’s not skipping steps or chasing shortcuts. Just putting in the work. 💪🏼

The resistance band is there to provide support, but every pull is still earned. The back, shoulders, arms, and core all have to work together to get to the top.

Pull-ups are one of those exercises that don’t happen overnight. For a lot of people, a pull-up can feel out of reach when they first start training. Moments like this remind us that strength is built gradually, by showing up and putting in the work one day at a time.

Control > ego lifting.
Single-arm cable shoulder raises are a great way to build delt strength while improving shoulder stability and control throughout the movement. Using the cable keeps constant tension on the shoulder from start to finish, which helps challenge the muscles differently than dumbbells (and more optimal with the correct set up).
The goal isn’t swinging the weight — it’s about moving with control through the whole exercise — lifting the weight steadily, lowering it slowly, and keeping your body strong and balanced the entire time.
When you focus on doing each rep the right way, the results will come naturally.💪🏼

Teresa put in work for the past 6 months and now she is reaping the rewards just in time for the warm weather. She lost 15lbs on the scale but certainly added a few pounds of muscle and completely changed her body composition. Not only does she look great, but she feels incredible! Keep crushing it!! 💪🏼

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

PSA for our East Stroudsburg, PA location (Port St. Lucie can disregard)

We will be opening the studio at 7:00am tomorrow (Black Friday) one hour later than normal. If you plan to come in for some early cardio to work off all the mashed potatoes and stuffing, give yourself a little bit more time to sleep!
