This is what progress really looks like.
It’s not skipping steps or chasing shortcuts. Just putting in the work. 💪🏼
The resistance band is there to provide support, but every pull is still earned. The back, shoulders, arms, and core all have to work together to get to the top.
Pull-ups are one of those exercises that don’t happen overnight. For a lot of people, a pull-up can feel out of reach when they first start training. Moments like this remind us that strength is built gradually, by showing up and putting in the work one day at a time.
