In Memory of Jonathan "Ricky AKA Ghandi" Beitch

In Memory of Jonathan "Ricky AKA Ghandi" Beitch Jonathan Eric “Ricky” Beitch (2/1/65-8/5/12) Jonathan Eric “Rick” Beitch died suddenly in Dallas on August 5, at the age of 47.

Someone with a zest for life, a compassion for all human beings, a champion for the underdog (both human and canine), an eloquent spokesperson for causes he believed were worth fighting for, and a doggedly loyal family member, Rick left behind and will be sorely missed by his wife Sandra Palomino, his daughter Miranda Palomino-Beitch, his newborn grandson Jacob Isaiah Eagins, and his mother Barbar

a Beitch, as well as other family members including cousins, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as numerous friends who cared deeply for him. Born in Seoul, Korea, Rick was raised in Cheshire, spent his early adult years in Connecticut, and lived for the past six years in the Dallas area. He was passionate about the outdoors, an expert in his lawn care profession, seasoned hiker, and sports lover—both as a fan and as an active participant. A memorial service to celebrate Rick’s life will be held at Hamden Hall Country Day School (1108 Whitney Avenue) on Friday afternoon, September 14, starting at 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rick Beitch Memorial Fund (to be used for the arts and sports programs, two areas that were very important to Rick) at Hamden Hall Country Day School, 1108 Whitney Avenue, Hamden, CT 06518. Postings may be made on the pages of Barbara Beitch and Miranda Palomino.
