⚽ Coaching or Poaching?
There’s a big difference between coaching players and poaching players.
Coaching is about developing what’s in front of you, helping players grow, giving them confidence, creating an environment where they can fail, learn, and improve.
Poaching is about chasing what someone else has developed. Taking short cuts. Building a “winning” team by collecting players others have worked hard to nurture.
And the sad part?
It’s usually the kids that lose out.
Because when adults chase results instead of development, they forget that the real success is creating players who love the game and keep coming back.
