Big congrats to Sammy Williams, who finished 2nd at the Hoka XC Showcase, at Spire Academy!! Sammy finished 2nd overall in the middle school 2 mile in 11:37.96.
Sammy has been working extremely hard this off-season. 6am workouts, weight training, soccer, swimming, etc.. One of the most coachable athletes I've ever had, never complains, and always has a great attitude. She is always willing to do what it takes to reach her goals. Keep up the great work Sam!!

Congrats to Hadley and Collin, who competed at the Ohio Elite Invitational this past weekend. Hadley won her heat in the 400m, running a 1:11.48 for a new personal best. She also jumped 12'9" in the Long Jump. Collin finished 2nd overall in the 800m with a time of 2:15.31. Great work against tough competition!

Sammy Williams was on 🔥 this weekend at New Balance Nationals!!

She ran a 5:11.80 mile on Thursday to finish 29th overall and the 3rd fastest 6th grader. She competed in the Middle School division for all races.

In the 2-mile, Sammy ran a personal best with a time of 10:56.85. Finishing 8th overall and the top 6th grader in the field. This time would have gotten her 6th place at this years high school state meet!! Amazing time and unofficially an Ohio State record for a 6th grader!

Sammy finished the weekend with a 2:25.78 in the 800m. Truly amazing to qualify for Nationals in three events.
