This week we head to Lake Placid for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to wrap up our 11U season and we couldn’t be more excited!

It feels even more special in a Winter Olympic year, with the United States men's national ice hockey team bringing home gold for the first time since the unforgettable run at the 1980 Winter Olympics…won on the very rink our boys will have the chance to skate at.

To soak it all in, the team and families had gathered together to watch Miracle and get inspired for what’s ahead. Chills, pride, and a whole lot of gratitude for this opportunity.

What an incredible way to finish this season together. Let’s go make some memories. 🇺🇸🏒

11U CHAMPIONS!!! 🏆 What a day (and season!) for this crew! 🙌🏒 These boys battled their way through this weekend and brought home the gold. Every single player showed up, brought their best, and left it all on the ice today. They played as a true team and won as a true team…and it showed!
So deserving. So exciting.

And with us heading to Lake Placid in a couple of weeks and Team USA just securing gold for the first time since 1980 in Lake Placid….it just feels like something special is in the air.

Proud of this group is an understatement. Let’s go! 💛🥇

W secured!!! 🏒🔥 These 11U boys showed up last night and took care of business! Even better? Five goals by five different boys! 🙌 A total team effort and everyone getting in on the action. That is the kind of hockey we love to see! So much hustle, unselfish play, and heart out there.

Now back at it this afternoon for the next one! Keep the energy up boys and let’s keep it rolling!

Playoff time!!! 🏒🔥 What a season it has been for this 11U crew! Growth, grit, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart. 💙 …Now it is time to bring that same energy (and maybe even a little extra 😉) to playoffs!

Leave it all on the ice, play for each other, trust the work you have put in, and most importantly — HAVE FUN. 🙌

Slightly delayed, but had to post! This 11U group went 3–0 in their MLK tournament and earned their way to the championship, and then coming up just short in the final. The loss stung bug time, on top of a brutal Bills playoff loss, and a not-so-great hotel stay, BUT! Thankfully the kids had a great time and we all still found the positives in a weekend like this….Lots of solid hockey, hard work, laughs, pool time, team bonding, and memories made. These kids had a blast together, and it showed on and off the ice.

Finished it all off with a very snowy drive home! Thankful to be home safe and sound and surrounded by a team of families who shows up for one another. Hockey is so much more than just what happens on the ice. Proud of this team, the bonds they are building, and the culture our coach has created.

On to the next one. We’re coming for you, Lake Placid! 🏒💙

Last night our team took on the Batavia Ramparts in a nicely competitive game on a beautiful (and icy!) evening. While the scoreboard didn’t go our way, the boys played hard, with heart, and left it all on the ice which is always a win in our book.

After the game, we rolled right into our Christmas party. Full of laughs, gift exchanges, open skate fun, and officially welcoming our newest coach with his very own coach’s jacket!

What makes this team so special isn’t just the hockey - it is the people. We are incredibly lucky to have families who feel like true family, not just teammates sharing the ice. Culture is everything, and we are so grateful for what this group has built and continues to grow together. ❤️🏒🎄

These cold temps have been perfect for the pond ice ❄️🏒 It is a busy time of year for all, but a few of the boys were able to squeeze in some pond hockey practice into their schedules the last couple of days, and it was nearly impossible to get them off the ice! Big smiles, nonstop energy, and a whole lot of love for the game. This is what it’s all about and what makes it so special about living in “cold Buffalo.” 💙🦬

This is why we love our home rink! ❄️ Saturday was one of those perfect hockey days. Fresh snow falling, the firepit keeping everyone warm, and our team taking the W against Roco! 🏒🔥 Being surrounded by our favorite families and fans made it even better, and with the snow coming down so beautifully, it is officially starting to feel a lot like Christmas. 🎄✨

Huge thanks to the Aurora Ice Association and Classic Rink - East Aurorafor making moments like this possible and for creating such incredible memories and experiences for both players and fans.

Nothing beats hockey at home!
