Real weapons training is not a one-time class.
It is a discipline that must be trained consistently.
Our Monthly Tactical Israeli Weapons Training continues with upcoming sessions on:
Sunday, January 18, 2026
Saturday, February 21, 2026
This program is built for civilians and professionals who want more than static range time. Training follows proven Israeli combat weapons methodology, emphasizing safety, movement, decision making, and performance under stress.
Each training day is designed to reflect how real encounters unfold, not how square ranges are set up. The focus is on building habits that hold up when conditions are chaotic and time is limited.
This training is appropriate for newer shooters looking to build correct fundamentals, as well as experienced gun owners seeking realistic, pressure-based instruction.
Training focuses include: • Practical weapons safety under movement
• Combat-effective pistol use
• Threat scanning and situational awareness
• Shooting from realistic and compromised positions
• Reloads and malfunctions under stress
• Mindset and decision making during real violence
This is not a basic range class.
This is structured, repeatable training intended to be attended monthly to build real capability.

Train with purpose.
Train consistently.
Train for reality.
Most security companies treat people as disposable.
We do the opposite.
At HCCI Protection, we invest in our professionals because their lives, families, and futures matter. That means higher than average pay, real benefits, paid time off, sick leave, industry-leading training, and a company-funded retirement match.
This year, we increased our retirement match to 5 percent. That is real money invested directly into our team’s future, not words, not promises, not slogans.
When you take care of people, they stay. Our professionals average 24 plus months with us. The industry average is 4 to 12 weeks.
That stability builds trust. Trust builds professionalism. Professionalism saves lives.
This is how security should be done. Not cutting corners. Not burning people out. Not treating professionals as expendable.
We are forging a new path in the security industry by investing in people first. Because when you protect the protectors, everyone wins.
If you want security done right, it starts with how you treat your team.
