Boise Cities Krav Maga Kids & Teen Since 1996 we have been teaching self defense to children and teens. We have been teaching in Eagle since 2018.

Our programs our specifically designed based on children's ages and specific learning abilities.

Another amazing day of camp Boise Cities Krav Maga! Today our focus was on fi****ms safety, operation, safety, and more safety. Each child practiced proper marksmanship skills and did it all safely. We also have a visit from Garden City Police Department - Idaho. They came over and gave an amazing demo and talk about what they do each and every to protect and serve the Treasure Valley. We love all of our first responders and we are thankful for their dedication and service.

Let’s break down why ending class with a fun game is not just effective—but essential:

Boosts Brain Chemistry for Learning
Games release D.O.S.E. chemicals—Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins—which support motivation, emotional regulation, and connection. A student who leaves smiling is a student who wants to come back.
