How many of you have been hit out in the cast/ripped while trolling and just suddenly gets off only to see a big ol tooth on your hook or stuck in your bait?
Pictured here is a shallow chain hammer by Hammer Custom Baits that got smacked at 4mph, down rod ripped for two head shakes then crickets. Tooth on the middle hook tells me that fish really wanted the bait but just wasn’t hooked well enough 🤷‍♂️ muskies doing musky things

I'm still trying to process this past weekend at the Wisconsin Musky Expo. When I was younger, I never would have thought I'd be a vendor at a muskie show, let alone the greatest muskie show. But here I am (it still feels like I'm dreaming). This has been a crazy ride over the last three years, and I think it may just be the beginning. Huge shoutouts to Jeremy Barber, Clayton Spiess, Trevor Barber, Gus Mantey, and Taylor Flannery for helping me work the booth. You guys are awesome. Thank you to the HunsyTails crew for all your help. Thanks to all my friends who helped me with odds and ends during the building process. Big thanks to Josh Sullivan for helping me build my shop. Big thanks to Mike at Conklyn Lures, Brady Martz, Rusty, Bob Kimball, Matt Ridgway, Dominate Bait Co. and any other bait builders I missed for your continued support and willingness to help me if I have questions. Wow... Just wow! Thank you all for your support! I am truly sorry for anyone who didn't get a hammerjerk today. Guess I will just have to make more next year. I do have a small supply set aside for tomorrow (Saturday). Again, thank you so much!.... these are all the cranks and glides left!
