FITHR Wellness Coaching 50+ is more than counting reps and writing meal plans.
The FITHR approach is built on three pillars: Education, Communication, and Accountability.
Many people already know they should exercise more, eat better, drink more water, and get more sleep. The challenge isn’t a lack of information—it’s learning how to apply that information in a way that fits real life.
FITHR helps clients understand the “why” behind their habits, choices, and challenges. Instead of telling people what they can’t have, we teach them how to make informed decisions that support their goals while still enjoying life.
