🥊September and October are going to be packed! Our fighters have been putting in the work, and now it’s time to represent Borderline Boxing Club across Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri.

This is what makes us proud.

After our team traveled to get some work in with another gym, their coach took the time to send us this message:

“They showed excellent sportsmanship, they were very polite, and you can tell their hearts are in it.”

Winning fights is great, but hearing another coach speak this highly of our young athletes means even more. We’re working to raise disciplined, respectful young men and women who represent themselves, their families, Borderline Boxing Club, and the Durant community the right way—wherever they go.

These kids are learning that boxing isn’t only about what you do inside the ring. It’s about character, humility, courage, and how you treat people.

Durant, you should be proud of these young athletes. We certainly are.

Today reminded us that Borderline Boxing Club is about so much more than boxing.

A member came in carrying an unimaginable amount of grief. He wasn’t here to become a better fighter or get in shape—he was simply trying to hold himself together, clear his mind, and find a healthy way to release some overwhelming emotions.

We’re grateful that he knew he could walk through our doors and not face that moment alone.

Sometimes you don’t need advice. You don’t need anyone asking questions. You just need somewhere safe to go—somewhere you can hit the bag, move your body, catch your breath, and be around people who care.

If life is weighing heavily on you and you need a place like that, our door is open. You don’t need to buy anything, explain anything, or pretend that you’re okay. Just come in.

This is more than a gym. This is a community—and we’re here for each other.
