I think the protein craze has officially gone too far.
Protein cookies.
Protein cereal.
Protein chips.
Protein coffee foam.
Guys, not everything you eat needs to be a protein source.
Here's what actually works:
Build your meals around real protein foods.
✓ Lean meats�✓ Eggs�✓ Greek yogurt�✓ Cottage cheese�✓ Fish�✓ Quality dairy if you tolerate it
Then fill in the rest from there.
Most of the men I coach succeed because they have 3-5 go-to meals they can repeat consistently.
Not because they found another protein snack.
Protein products can be useful.
But they should supplement your diet.
Not become your diet.
