Day 1 of Vacation Report:

We made it to the beach. The smoker is 200 miles away, no one has asked for brisket yet, and we're already sweating like a pork butt in July.

Current status:
🌊 At the beach
☀️ Getting sunburned in places we forgot existed
🍺 Conducting extensive hydration research
🐖 Missing BBQ slightly less than you miss it

Don't worry, we'll be back before the smoker starts thinking we've abandoned it. Until then, try not to have too much fun without us.

Let's make this quick—come help us sell out so we can all get back to some air conditioning. The smoker has already done the hard work, now all that's left is for you to show up hungry.

Noonish until sold out. Brisket, pulled pork, and ribs for meats and all sides are available, no chicken today. And don't forget: we'll be closed tomorrow and next weekend for vacation, so this is your last chance to get your Johnny A's fix for a little while.
