We’re building our crew for the upcoming season and looking for solid people who want to work hard, have fun, and be part of a tight team on the river.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a season spent outside, running one of Colorado’s most exciting stretches of whitewater, and helping guests have the best day of their summer.

What we’re looking for:
• Positive attitude (non-negotiable)
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable in fast-paced, outdoor environments
• Previous guiding experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to train, learn, and show up ready
