This is a camp you won't want to miss! UMD Bulldog Football Camp is happening July 9th & 10th!
This camp is a great opportunity for young players to sharpen their fundamentals, compete, and learn from coaches in a positive environment.

Camp Details:
Dates: July 9th–10th
Time: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Who: Players entering grades 3rd–7th

Our focus is on developing core football skills, building confidence, and reinforcing the fundamentals that translate directly to success during the season. It’s also a great chance for your athletes to connect with other players and grow their love for the game. Lunch is provided.

DATE: Thursday, June 25th

LOCATION: Duluth East High School; 301 N. 40th Ave E., Duluth, MN 55804
ATTIRE: We encourage participants to wear tennis shoes or cleats and athletic gear for the camp.

Tackle Football & Cheer registration is OPEN!!!

Tackle Football
The East Youth Football program provides kids in 3rd through 8th grades with a solid coaching staff that are Trusted Coaches certified. Safety is our top priority. The foundation of this program allows kids to experience the great sport of football while building champions and memories for years to come. Every player is provided with practice jersey, football pants, helmet, and shoulder pads to use during the season. This equipment was purchased new and we are adding to our inventory every year. Players only need a mouth guard that attaches to the helmet face mask and football cleats to play. The season starts on August 3rd and goes until October 17th. Teams practice Monday – Thursday and most games are held on Saturdays with the possibility of some weekday games.

Cheerleading
For anyone in 3rd-8th grade, who is interested in cheering for the East Youth Football Team. If you would like to be part of a team, build personal relationships, learn cheer skills, jumps, get a crowd excited, support an athlete on the field, and build memories to last for years to come. Then this cheer squad is for you!!



The league will provide a cheerleading uniform to use during the season along with pom poms. The uniform and pompoms need to be returned at the end of the year. Cheerleaders will need to provide their own gym shoes. The season runs approximately August 3rd-October 17th. Practices will be held twice a week and games (Saturdays). Squads will be formed to cheer on one of the teams 3rd-8th grade. Skill level to be determined (jumps, stunts, mounts).
