I'd like to introduce Hailey. As her coach, I'm super proud of her. She has planned out a practical path to achieving her long term dream (as a business owner) and she has taken a big leap in that direction by taking a role (in sales) that she is confident will help her make that dream a successful reality.

When Hailey and I first met, she had recently left a 7-year stint in corporate recruiting. She was struggling to see her future options clearly. She was apprehensive about looking for a new role or starting a business. Her intuition told her she needed to become an entrepreneur, but she couldn't define the corporate role or business concept that would embody her dream, her experience, or her practical requirements. She was looking for practical guidance.
