Nice long weekend of softball. These young ladies went 6-0 with a couple wins over a very good a Miami Valley Legends team (11-3, 9-1)and a pair over the Indiana Hustle (2-1, 4-3).
Highlights:
Macy Mullins - 3-0 record with 41k’s and 0 walks
Charlotte French, Skylar Coleman and Mia Martinez each collected wins on the circle allowing only 3 earned runs combined.
Offensively, Charlotte French lead the way hitting .375 with a 3 doubles and RBI’s scoring 11 runs. Chloe Biggs added 3 hits with a huge basesloaded triple finishing a 5 RBI’s. Macy Mullins, Addison Sever and Gabby Brown each hit .357. Brown and Nora Zakowski lead the team with 6 RBI’s.

The team heads to Findlay, Ohio for the Queen of Diamonds tournament before heading south to Tennessee.

The Summer Start Here Tournament has officially concluded. The girls performed well, suffering their only defeat on Saturday at the hands of the accomplished Vikings Elite team (5-4). On Sunday, the offense came alive with a rematch win over the Vikings Elite (10-1) and a Championship victory over the Central Ohio Dynamites (15-3) 🧨🧨

Macy Mullins again was a dominant force in the circle with 32 K’s in 14 innings pitched.

Offensively the entire team contributed to scoring 48 runs in 5 games and batting a whopping .403 for the weekend.

Highlights include:
Skylar Coleman - .692 (9/13), 2B (2), 3B & 8 RBI’s
Mia Martinez - .538 (7/13), 2B (3), 7 Runs Scored
Gabby Brown - .500 (6/12), 2B (2), 3B, HR & 8 RBI’s
Charlotte French -.500 (5/10), 2B (2), 3B & 12 runs scored
Addi Sever added a 2B, a pair of 3B’s and 5 RBI’s

First Tournament of the year in the books. The team went 3-2 with both losses coming to very good Ohio Merchants team. The pitching was lights out led by Macy Mullins who went 10 innings racking up 23 K’s.
Offensively the team belted:
4 - HR’s (Charlotte French 2, Skylar Coleman 2)
4 -3b’s (Gabby Brown 2, Macy Mullins, Charlotte French)
5 - 2b’s (Brown, Mia Martinez, Presley Purcell, Addi Sever and Nora Zakowski.

Next weekend FC will be playing in the Summer Starts Here Tournament in Mount Sterling, OH
