Like every other FFL in the country, we have been flooded with questions about the Silencer Shop injunction and what this means. Vice Works is humbled that we have so many loyal customers who value our stance on the issue and we will continue to serve our customers as well as we possibly can.

As of now, our stance on this matter is that we would rather be safe that sorry. Because there is so many questions and so little actual guidance, we will continue to conduct business as we always have until instructed that we are legally able to change that. We despise the NFA as much as anyone else, but the fact is that we would rather not jeopardize our FFL status and place our ship in a position to lose its license. On the same note, we also do not want to place our customers in a position that may unknowingly cause them to face future legal issues.

We look forward to being able to continue to serve you and understand full well that it is you, our customers, that keep us in business, and without you we would just be gun nerds that tinker in their shop. Thank you!

The NRA, in conjunction with our state association Texas State R***e Association, won our case, Jensen v. ATF, which blocks the enforcement of NFA restrictions on suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs, subject to state law.

This injunction extends to current TSRA members and customers of eligible FFLs.

This ruling is a significant step in abolishing the NFA once and for all, but there are still important restrictions to understand.
