Pork Butt @ 275° for 6 hours; wrapped and let it ride at same temp 3 more hours. Bone slid right out and well it was good. Sorry I didn't post the cut. It was late and we wuz hangry....lol.
Just a group of friends enjoying hanging out and smoking some meat. I'm biased, but it's pretty tasty!
