We had the absolute privilege of having the incredibly talented Caryn Lin join us with her unique setup and instrumental mad skills today in camp Yoga Gnome.

Caryn interwove the core elements we explored throughout the week- the Root and the Rise- and immersed us in hauntingly captivating sounds that were both grounding and moving.

We felt the earth with the low vibrations and we rose to the sky with the high-pitched melodies.

Above all, her life story taught us the powerful healing properties of yoga, and how our perception of misfortune can lead to the realization of just how fortunate we truly are!

What an inspiring day of camp! Thank you so much for your presence and light, Caryn. We hope to have you back again in the studio! 🎻🧘‍♀️

This camp just hits differently…it’s all about rhythm, yoga, and BPM. We are learning how our heart is like our own metronome (or should we say metro-GNOME 😜). We’re finding our pulse -rooting and rising together.

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE week we had in our Little Gnomie Summer Camp! Our studio was filled with so much laughter, movement and imagination

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful children with us this week. Watching the little gnomies explore mindfulness, yoga, and creative play with such open hearts is truly the BEST part of what we do.

From Bluey movements to dino stomps, to garden gnomes, beach adventures, and glowing in the dark - we’ve had so many amazing moments together!

Hope to see you real soon in one of our classes or in the next summer camp!!

I told myself I wasn’t going to cry, but that was a total lie. The moment I opened my mouth to share what an incredible time I’ve had with these students, the tears just came pouring out and I became a puddle. 😭

This was an extra emotional end-of-year celebration, because two of our teens are graduating from school and from The Yoga Gnome.

No one prepares you for the moment you have to say goodbye to graduates. These students have been with us from the VERY START. That’s six years of Gnomazing experiences together! 6 YEARS! 🥹🥹🥹So so special!!

It is truly one of the greatest honors as a teacher to spend such meaningful time with students. To see them grow. To see them connect with themselves and each other in magnificent ways. And to watch them find their breath and self through the journey of adolescence and life.

Elias and Cole, it was an absolute privilege to be your yoga teacher and to learn so much from you in each session. Wishing you all the success as you head onto the next chapter, and in the meantime I’m holding on to all our memories together and secretly planning a collage yoga pop up behind the scenes lol!!

And to the rest of our teens- you’re oh so incredible and I’m counting the days till we meet again in the Fall, or earlier if I’m lucky!!

Gahhhh who’s a puddle? Not me🥹 Can you even handle?!

Oh, June- you little manipulator… you’re always playing with our hearts. You’re oh so bitter sweet. You lure us with bright, vibrant summer energy, as you make us cry as we tenderly close some beautiful chapters.

Like this chapter at the darling preschool we’ve had the joy of teaching this year. How sweet is this picture depicting our preschoolers as little gnomes, sharing their sentiments and love?!

Can’t quite believe this, but over the next week, we are also wrapping up our weekly elementary through teen sessions, and we are feeling ALL the feels. We’ve already received a few beautiful expressions of gratitude, and it means the world to us. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

To the parents out there- if you’re feeling emotional about all the “last firsts” right now, please know you are not alone.

Sending a giant hug to everyone who is walking their kids into new adventures while closing the door on old ones. This parenting biz isn’t easy sometimes!

Thank you for letting us be a part of your children’s journeys this year. ✨
