We’re a well-established core team of experienced players looking to take the next step together at 12U — focused on growth, confidence, skill development, and having a whole lot of fun along the way. We have a few open spots to fill this upcoming season including an additional pitcher to round out our team!

🥎 Experienced Coaching Staff
Our experienced coaching staff is focused on helping players grow and build confidence — including 1:1 pitching development with Chelsea Kendall, former Shippensburg University pitcher, offering individualized pitching instruction right here in Downingtown!

🥎 Experienced Core Team
Join a strong foundation of players who support one another, compete hard, and genuinely love the game. We’re looking for a few more players, inclusive of pitchers, excited to grow together and take their play to the next level at 12U.

We believe in competitive softball with an inclusive, team-first culture. From cheering each other on to building friendships that go beyond the field, our girls work hard, have fun, and grow together. It’s a place where players are supported, challenged, and truly enjoy the game.

What. A. Day. ⚡️🥎

Three games. 90+ degree heat. And these Lightning 11U girls showed up with heart from the very first pitch to the very last out.

Today was about so much more than wins. It was about the hard work, grit, and dedication these girls have been putting in shining through. The bats were absolutely on fire (including a killer home run ), the fielding was locked in, and the teamwork was on point!

But what stood out most? The way these girls support each other. From dancing on the field to keep the energy up, to constant words of encouragement in the dugout and on the field, this team continues to show what being a team is really all about. 💛🖤

So proud of the effort, determination, and heart these girls brought today—especially battling through the heat. Hard work paying off, one game at a time. ⚡️

What a day for Lightning 11U! ⚡️

These girls played their hearts out from the very first pitch—four games straight and never let up. The defense was next level, with multiple pop-up catches that were nothing short of epic. At the plate, they brought the heat too—highlighted by an awesome home run and strong, consistent hitting all day long.

They battled their way to the semifinals and, while we came up short, it certainly wasn’t for lack of effort, grit, or determination. This team showed what it means to compete, support each other, and leave it all on the field.

So proud of this group and the way they showed up all day. The future is bright for Lightning! 💪🥎🖤

Opening Day for our Lightning 11U team ⚡️🥎

And WOW—what a way to kick off the season!! It may have been cold and windy, but you wouldn’t have known it watching them. All that hard work from winter practices showed up big time today. The girls were lightning-fast in the field and confident at the plate, playing with energy, focus, and heart every inning.

This is just the beginning—let’s go, Lightning! 🖤💛
