Do you have a passion for cycling? Trek Bicycle of Downers Grove and Naperville are seeking Bicycle Mechanics and Sales Associates.

The ideal candidate is team driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. We are looking for people who will excel in a fun, fast paced environment.

Mechanic position includes pre-building, building and repairing bicycles. A wide range of technical abilities are necessary. Pay is based on experience.

Sales position includes selling bicycles and bicycle accessories, answering phones, and greeting customers, etc. No previous bicycle shop experience required.


Candidates must be available to work weekends.

We offer paid training and competitive wages. Perks include merchandise discounts, bonuses, casual dress code.

From our friend the Elmurst Bike Club President George Pastorino: Through our work as Bike Medics we have witnessed the benefits of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and the positive way it affects the kids that participate in middle and high school mountain bike racing. This interaction inspired me to write this article. Please read about this great program which is a sanctioned high school sport in over 30 states.

Founded in 2009, NICA develops interscholastic mountain biking programs for student-athletes across the United States.
