DMIH45 Monday Night Beer Hockey – Game 2
Jack Wagons vs Seacoast Gulls
📍 Dover Arena | Feb 2, 2026 – 8:15 PM

This game started the only way true beer-league legends start a game… THE JACK WAGONS HAD NO GOALIE.
No pads. No plan. Just hope.

Seacoast smelled blood immediately.
🚨 Dan Coffey ( #2) buries one unassisted at 10:43 because… yeah… open net vibes.

Jack Wagons somehow woke up and remembered how to hockey.
🚨 Bill “I’ll Do It Myself” Quakenbus ( #15) pots one from Morris Wanchuck ( #16) at 8:06.

Seacoast said “cute story” and answered right back.
🚨 Mike Mahan ( #12) unassisted at 5:25.
End of 1: Gulls flapping, Wagons wobbling.

Second period? Same energy.
🚨 Jimmy Dickson ( #3) snipes one at 10:55 because nobody told him it was beer league.

But the Quakenbus–Wanchuck connection kept buzzing like cheap rink lights.
🚨 Quakenbus ( #15) again from Wanchuck ( #16) at 8:21. Absolute menace duo.

Then the comeback story…
🚨 PJ Bandouveres ( #55) returns from a knee injury and immediately scores like he never left. Assisted by Doug Colwell ( #13) at 1:58. Knee = officially cleared.

Third period was straight trench warfare. No pretty goals. No fancy skating. Just heavy breathing and bad decisions.

🚨 Morris Wanchuck ( #16) finally cashes in at 2:57, assisted by Bibbet ( #3) and Quakenbus ( #15). Too little, too late… but still loud.

Final Horn:
Seacoast Gulls take it.
Jack Wagons lose—but considering they started the night WITHOUT A GOALIE, this one counts as a moral victory and at least 6 post-game beers.

Beer league never disappoints 🍻🏒

DMIH45 Monday Night Beer League Hockey – Game 1
Maine Cannibals vs. Ford Insurance Agency
Feb 2, 2026 | Dover Arena | 7:00 PM

Playoff season is creeping up, which means excuses are gone, legs are tired, and everyone suddenly “used to play juniors.”

🥅 First Period – Cannibals Wake Up Angry

Ford Insurance opened the scoring with #7 at 9:35, clearly feeling good about themselves for about 55 seconds.

Then the Cannibals flipped the switch.

NH Legend Chris Grassie ( #3) went coast-to-coast unassisted at 8:40, reminding everyone he’s still got it and still telling everyone about it.

#23, set up by Carl Ashburner ( #6) at 8:01, made it look way too easy.

Greg Ducluzeau ( #5) said “no help needed,” ripping one unassisted at 7:08.

Cannibals head to the room up 3–1 while Ford’s bench suddenly got real quiet.

🥅 Second Period – No Defense, Just Vibes

Ford Insurance clawed one back with #4 at 12:08, but Maine refused to let them breathe.

Nate Swingle ( #15) buried one from Grassie ( #3) at 8:21—that combo was starting to feel unfair.

Ford answered with #11, assisted by #17 and #19 at 3:38, because defense was clearly optional.

Steve Flynn ( #8) jumped in next, finishing a play from Rick Bergstrom ( #11) at 3:13.

And because why not, Swingle ( #15) struck again at 2:40, once more fed by Grassie ( #3).

Scoreboard was glowing, goalies were questioning life choices, and refs were checking the clock like “we still got a period left?”

🥅 Third Period – Ford Insurance Finds the Receipt

Down but not out, Ford Insurance decided this wasn’t going to end quietly.

#4 sniped one unassisted at 8:43.

Seconds later, Kevin cashed in with help from #4 at 8:15—momentum officially swinging.

#19 at 6:38 tied it up, sending the Cannibals’ bench into full “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” mode.

🚨 Final

Maine Cannibals 6 – Ford Insurance Agency 6

No quit. No defense. Plenty of chirping.
Both teams walk away still talking trash and still circling each other on the playoff radar.

Beer league hockey at its finest:
Scoreboard full. Ego bruised. Parking lot rematch pending. 🍻🏒🔥

DMIH45 Monday Night Hockey – Week 14, Game 1
Maine Cannibals vs. Seacoast Gulls
📅 January 19, 2026 | 🕡 6:30 PM | 📍 Dover Arena

The Seacoast Gulls came into Monday night banged up and short-handed, but not short on heart. Missing top scorer #3 Jimmy Dickson (hip), defensemen #55 PJ Bandouveres (knee) and #44 Tim Levesque (back spasms), plus work-related absences for #15 Chris DeRosa, #16 Peter Kielty, and Doug Colwell, the Gulls knew it would be a grind.

First Period

Despite the injury list, the Gulls struck first. At 3:44, #11 Randy Willard buried a beauty after a slick pass from behind the net, sniping it home to put Seacoast up early. Tight checking and strong play from both sides followed.
End of 1: Seacoast Gulls 1 – Maine Cannibals 0

Second Period

The Gulls kept pushing as #7 Micah Ruel extended the lead at 9:13, finishing a setup from #18 Brian Proto. But that’s when Maine’s offense woke up.
#27 answered with an unassisted goal, then struck again with help from #14 Eddie Pike. Maine wasn’t done — #5 Greg Ducluzeau made it 3–2 with assists from #10 Tom Brown.
End of 2: Maine Cannibals 3 – Seacoast Gulls 2

Third Period

The Cannibals put the pedal down and took full control.

#15 Nate Swingle scored at 12:13 (assist #14 Eddie Pike)

#14 Eddie Pike followed at 11:37 (assists #10 Tom Brown, #4)

#8 Steve Flynn scored twice (7:57 & 6:39), assisted by Swingle and Tom Brown

#27 capped off a monster night with his third goal at 0:47 (assists #10 Tom Brown, #4)

The third period was all Maine as depth, speed, and pressure proved too much.

Final Score

Maine Cannibals 8 – Seacoast Gulls 2

🔥 Notables:

#27 (Maine): Hat trick performance

#10 Tom Brown: Quietly piled up assists

Seacoast Gulls: Battled hard despite a depleted lineup

Maine flexed their muscle in the third, while the Gulls showed grit even with half the roster in the trainer’s room. Another classic DMIH45 night at Dover Arena. 🏒💥
