About Kent County Youth Football
Our sports programs play under the Caesar Rodney-Dover Athletic Club (C.R.D.A.C.), which has served Kent County for just over 46 years now. We are a non-profit organization that qualifies under the 501c3. The Kent County program has provided football, soccer, basketball, and flag football experiences for youth throughout its inception. Kent County provides programs
to student-athletes ranging from 5-14 years old through dedicated coaches and mentors with 2-26 years of experience. Ron Moore, the owner of the Kent County organization, created Kent County (previously called the Kent County Stallions) to provide affordable opportunities to the children within our community while allowing them to develop the necessary skills and abilities to be part of a team. The goals of our program are to build self-esteem, promote education, encourage the pursuit of achieving both individual and team goals, promote sportsmanship, develop core offensive and defensive fundamental skills, provide a fun and winning environment for players, and learn and teach discipline under the concept of T.E.A.M. "The reason I do this is because I believe in this community. I want to provide this avenue so kids can have a great season in sports and life experiences!" - Coach Ron. All of the coaches have various backgrounds with a solid foundation in football and other sports, such as basketball, baseball, and lacrosse. All of Kent County's coaches have the same goal: to help our community on and off the field, both in academics and recreation.
