Nature has a way of reminding us of our place in the world and the impact we have on it. By connecting with nature, we become more aware of our actions and their consequences. We learn to appreciate the interconnectedness of all things and to make decisions that benefit not just ourselves, but also the planet and other people.

As conscious leaders, we can use nature as a powerful tool for self-reflection, learning, and growth. By spending time in nature, we cultivate mindfulness, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose. We become better equipped to make decisions that align with our values and create a positive impact on the world.

So let's take some time to appreciate nature and its connection to conscious leadership. Let's use it to inspire us, ground us, and guide us in our journey towards becoming a better version of ourselves.

Take a step back and appreciate the beauty of nature. Being conscious in nature can help us connect with ourselves and the world around us. It's a reminder to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and let go of our worries. Let's all take a moment to appreciate the incredible gifts that Mother Nature has bestowed upon us and remember to treat her with the respect she deserves.

We often allow weather to affect our internal state. When the sun is shining and it’s hot, we tend to use that as an excuse not to enjoy the outdoors. When it’s too cold we worry about getting sick if we were to leave the house.

This is the simplest example of allowing external circumstances to influence your level of happiness and well-being and tipping the balance in your life.

Keeping a peace of mind starts with awareness. Being aware of the resistance to change will effectively eliminate resistance. Once resistance is out of the way, acceptance happens.

When there’s complete acceptance of everything that happens, your level of joy incrementally increases and you start enjoying change.

Change is the only constant in life. It’s what helps you level up and grow.

So next time the weather is extreme and you notice yourself reacting internally, take a step back and observe your emotions. Then go outside and soak in the sun or make a snowman.

There are certain hormones produced by different glands across your body acting as messengers and playing a part in many bodily processes.

Certain hormones are known to help promote feelings of happiness and pleasure.

Let's look at the 4 main types of hormones regulating your mood and what you can do about increasing them to feel balanced and happy.

Dopamine, also known as the “feel-good” hormone is associated with pleasurable sensations, along with learning, memory, motor system function, and more.

Serotonin helps regulate your mood as well as your sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability, and memory.

Oxytocin, also known as the “love hormone” helps promote trust, empathy, and bonding in relationships, and oxytocin levels generally increase with physical affection like kissing, cuddling, and s*x.

Endorphins are your body’s natural pain reliever, which your body produces in response to stress or discomfort. Endorphin levels also tend to increase when you engage in reward-producing activities, such as eating, working out, or having s*x.

Become the best version of yourself by knowing your body better ❤️
