GIRL POWER ON FULL DISPLAY! 💪✨
Over the holiday break, 55 of Long Island’s top female high school hockey players came together at the first-ever Islanders High School Hockey League Girls All-Star Game at the Oyster Bay Ice Skating Center in Bethpage.

This night was all about celebrating the rapid growth of girls’ participation in LI high school hockey—a number that’s jumped from 6 to 55 girls in a short time! 🙌

The event featured all-female coaches, female on-ice officials, and a huge atmosphere of support and camaraderie—including a middle school showcase and a high school 3-on-3 game that ended in an exciting 9–9 tie.

So proud of every player who represented and helped show just how far the girls game has come on Long Island (and where it’s headed next!). 🚀

Spring Season Includes:
• 10 weeks of practice (April–June)
• Primary Tournament in Aston, PA — June 5–7
