Pre-season update ... the Sno-Rider Club applied for a grant to open the 32 mile groomed trail from Carroll Hill to Reservoir Lake CG. The grant was approved! Volunteers have placed trail markers to guide through the ~10 miles of trail leading to the north end of Selway Creek Road. USFS has also done a great job of clearing trees along that road (thanks Adam!). Look for the trail gpx file to be posted here soon ... and 'think snow'. ps ... if you are a Club member, please send Pam your 2025/26 dues. If you are not a member, consider joining and supporting these Club efforts to maintain and expand our trail network and the local snowmobile community.

March Madness! Spring Ride Weekend! Your groomer was out 12 hours yesterday - 70 miles - Groomer Shed to Odell TH, Mono Creek to Coolidge, Upper and Middle Comet Trails past the Loading Chute to Price Creek. Two passes on all. Conditions still good. Groomer Shed to Gate trail along Byway is still passable but nothing south of Groomer Shed. No grooming below Loading Chute to Lower Comet, Wellman Creek or below Sawtooth TH, so no report of those conditions.

Yesterday (Friday 2/14) the groomer went south, across Hwy 278, to Fox Creek. Grooming today from the Grasshopper to the north - on both the Byway and primary trails - so be aware when on narrow trails, the groomer spans the full width.
