What an incredible accomplishment for one of our own!

A huge congratulations to Hugh Meyer on an outstanding performance at the Fargo Nationals, earning an impressive 4th-place finish in the Junior Greco division!

Watching Hugh battle through one of the toughest brackets in the country is a testament to the countless hours of hard work, discipline, and determination he’s poured into this sport. Competing against the nation’s best and finishing among the top four is an incredible achievement.

Beyond his success on the mat, Hugh has become an outstanding role model for the young wrestlers in our club and community. He leads by example, showing our kids what dedication, perseverance, humility, and sportsmanship look like every single day. They look up to him, and we’re proud they have someone like Hugh setting the standard.

Thank you for representing our club, our community, and North Dakota with such pride. We couldn’t be more proud of you, Hugh, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!

As we head into Easter weekend, we want to wish Brody Hamacher and his family safe travels and the very best of luck as he competes at the 2026 Heartland National Duals.

Brody is an outstanding young man, and we couldn’t be more proud of him for earning a spot on Team North Dakota to represent our great state. This event brings together some of the top talent from across the country, and we’re excited to see him showcase his skills on such a big stage in Iowa!

Please help us congratulate Hugh Meyer on his incredible 5th place finish at NHSCA Nationals in Virginia Beach this past weekend! 🏆

Hugh has been part of the DWC family since he was just a little guy, and it’s been amazing to watch him grow into the outstanding wrestler he is today. We couldn’t be more proud!

Shoutout as well to all of our athletes who made the trip to Nationals—traveling, competing, and embracing new experiences while pursuing your passion for the sport is something truly special. Keep up the great work! 💪

Our boys hit the mat in Mandan on Friday and brought the ENERGY! 💥💪 From the first whistle to the final match, they wrestled with heart, grit, and determination — leaving it all out there for each other and our team!

They battled their way to a hard-earned 3rd place finish, and we couldn’t be more proud of how they competed and represented! 🏆🔥

What a weekend for DWC at the Brodie Gorder Dual Tournament in Sidney, MT! 💪🔥

This is no easy event—it takes serious grit, determination, and both mental & physical toughness to compete in a dual tournament like this. Our wrestlers showed up ready to battle!

🤼‍♀️ Girls Dual Team (Pre-K–8th)
Went 4-3 on the day, earning 6th place out of 11 teams!

🤼‍♂️ Boys Dual Team (Pre-K–8th)
Went 5-2, also bringing home 6th place out of 22 teams!

We couldn’t be more proud of the effort, heart, and resilience these athletes displayed on the mat. A huge shoutout to our incredible coaches for their dedication, leadership, and the time they pour into these athletes every day. And thank you to all of our families—your support, encouragement, and commitment make moments like this possible!
