The High Sierra Motorsports Pro R is almost out of fabrication! 🏁

We got the seat in and did the first driver fitting. Everything felt good, but we’re going to get the seat a little lower before locking everything in.
The new CBR rear-mounted radiator should be here next week. Once that’s fitted and a few remaining odds and ends are finished, the cage can be fully welded out and fabrication will be just about wrapped up.

From there, it’s off for electrical and suspension work.

It’s been a long process building this thing from the ground up, but it’s getting closer every week. NORRA 2027 — we’re coming.

Major milestone.
The Pyrotect racing fuel cell is officially installed.
This is one of the biggest safety and reliability upgrades on the build. Every piece that goes into this Pro R has a purpose, and every step gets us one step closer to the starting line of the 2027 NORRA's Baja.
Huge thanks to Alpine Designs for the incredible craftsmanship. It's exciting to see this project taking shape.
There's still plenty left to do, but it's starting to look less like a project and more like a race car.
On to the next milestone.

Another progress update from Alpine Designs, and it's exciting to see the race car taking shape!
The A-pillar is now installed, and the door bars are fitted and came out looking incredible. The cage is really starting to come together, but there's still plenty of work ahead with additional bracing before it's ready for the next phase.
The fuel cell has officially arrived and will be installed once the cage is complete. After that, it'll be on to window nets, safety equipment, and all the other details that transform this Polaris Pro R into a race-ready machine.
Every update makes this project feel more real. Huge thanks to the team at Alpine Designs for the amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. I can't wait to share more progress as we continue building toward the 2027 NORRA Mexican 1000!

Build update! 💪
It was great stopping by the shop and seeing the High Sierra Motorsports Polaris Pro R starting to take shape. The team is currently working on the cage, and when I was there they were fitting the A-pillar and door bars. It's amazing how quickly a pile of tubing starts looking like a race car.
There's still a long way to go—plenty of bracing, fabrication, and countless hours of work ahead—but every step gets us a little closer to lining up at the start line.
This isn't just building a race car... it's building a dream. Huge thanks to everyone putting their time and talent into making this project a reality. I can't wait to share more progress as we move forward!

Pretty humbled to see my story featured by my friend Jon Crowley and UTV Guide.
What started with a sweepstakes-winning Polaris Pro R has turned into something much bigger: the launch of High Sierra Motorsports and a goal that has been sitting in the back of my mind for years—racing the 2027 NORRA Mexican 1000 and completing the historic 60th Anniversary rally from Ensenada to Cabo and back.
I've spent my whole life turning wrenches, building businesses, riding deserts, and chasing adventures. Now it's time to see what we're capable of on one of the biggest stages in off-road racing.
A huge thank you to Jon Crowley for taking the time to tell the story and to everyone who has supported High Sierra Motorsports so far. We're just getting started.

Proud to welcome Method Race Wheels to the High Sierra Motorsports team!

I've been running Method wheels on my personal RZR for years, and they've never let me down. From crawling over hard rock trails like the Rubicon Trail to blasting across fast desert terrain throughout the Southwest, they've taken everything I've thrown at them and kept performing.

When it came time to build our race program, there was no question what wheels I wanted on the car.

Excited to welcome MRT Tires as a partner of High Sierra Motorsports!

When it came time to start choosing products for our 2027 NORRA race program, I wanted to work with companies whose products I already trust.

I've been running MRT tires on my personal RZR for years, putting them through everything from rocky trails to desert terrain across the western U.S. They've consistently delivered the traction, durability, and performance I expect when the trail gets rough.

Because of that experience, I knew I wanted MRT tires on the race car as well.

We're still in the early stages of building the program, but it's great to have partners who share the same passion for off-road adventure and racing.
