Well friends, it's looking like an 80° day on Sunday if the forecast is to be believed, I'm gonna say yes let's do it ^_^

This past Sunday I didn't have anyone show up for class. I was a little disappointed, but I took that as time for me to do some meditation.
I sat in the shade of a tree in the park and listened to all the sounds around me.
I felt myself connecting to the moment, grounding myself in the feel of the grass beneath my feet and the wind on my face.
It made me realize that I hadn't given myself time and space to meditate in far too long.
With the end of the summer looming before us, I looked back at all I'd accomplished this season, I did something I'd been wanting to do for years by simply just starting.
Most of the classes I taught only had one participant, but I also had as many as four at one point as well.
For my first attempt at teaching? I feel pretty damn proud of what I've accomplished, and there's nowhere to go but up as I move forward.
Thank you to all of my students this year, it's been a learning experience for me as well, and I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in my last couple of the classes for the season.
- Love Nyx 🖤
