Metcalf Hockey Training Off season skills skates for 2012 - 2016 Tier 1 thru Tier 3 hockey players. Challenge your player to be uncomfortable and grow as a player through game play!

High intensity pace with focus on edge work, power skating, stick handling, and small area games. Michigan based youth hockey coach with 8 years of experience coaching players from 3 to 15 years old from B level all the way through the AAA level. Current head coach for CCM Selects 2013 AAA heading to Prague, Czech Republic in summer 2025. Lead instructor for CCM 200x85 body contact clinics in Michigan. Assistant coach for 2013 Oakland Junior Grizzlies AAA.

CCM selects 2013 AAA are packing their bags again in 2026 and we’re headed to Madrid, Spain!

We have a returning core but looking to fill out our roster with players from North America who want to play some European hockey! We went to Prague this summer and Slovenia last year, this will be my first time in Spain!

The tournament is always a blast but the excursions are what really leave an impact! We will be in Spain from July 26 through August 2, 2026 immersing the players in a new culture, with new cuisine and exploring the beautiful city of Madrid.

Recharged my coaching batteries last night working with an awesome squad of 2016s!

I’m generally focused on older kids who are more serious and intense these little guys wanted to work on being aggressive and hard on pucks finding new ways to create time and space. The whole crew did a phenomenal job and their coaching staff is top notch.

Had a wonderful time in Prague with 200x85 and CCM Hockey 2013 AAA selects! We’ll be taking a team next year to a new destination, stay tuned for info!
